Patients who have impaired hepatic (liver) function or renal (kidney) function, diabetes, cardiac disease, epilepsy (central nervous system disorder), psychosis (mental disorder), mania (mental illness), risk of bleeding, narrow-angle glaucoma (an eye disorder), or history of glaucoma (eye disorder), should consult their doctor before taking this medication. It is advised not to use this for a very long time as effectiveness may decrease.
