Driving
Its use has shown dizziness; therefore avoid using it while driving.

Liver
Its use has not shown any risk to the liver.

Kidney
Its use has shown risk to kidneys; therefore avoid using it while having kidney problems.

Alcohol
The use of alcohol should be limited or avoided while using acyclovir.

Precautions
Patients who are allergic to acyclovir or any of its components should consult the doctor before taking it. If taking any vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products are taken then consult the doctor before using acyclovir. If any sort of swelling is experienced, consult your doctor immediately.
