Directions For Use

 Before using this medicine, inform your doctor about your complete medical history, especially about heart disease and kidney disease.
 Please monitor kidney function during use of this medicine.
 Please discontinue use for 24 – 48 hours before and after surgery or as advised by your doctor.
 Do not discontinue this medicine without informing your doctor.
 Inform your doctor about all your current medicines and significant past medical history before starting this medicine.
 Inform your doctor if you are undergoing any surgery.
 Please inform your doctor in case of deranged blood sugar levels despite regular use of this
medicine.
