Its use has shown a risk of drowsiness; therefore avoid using it while driving.

Liver

Alcohol
The use of alcohol should be limited or avoided while using oxybutynin.

Precautions
Patients who are allergic to oxybutynin or any of its components should consult the doctor before taking it. If taking any vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products are taken then consult the doctor before using oxybutynin. If any sort of swelling is experienced, consult your doctor immediately. Using oxybutynin, especially in high concentrations, might result in severe pain.

How To Use

This medication is recommended in those patients with urinary urgency, increased frequency of urination, and urinary incontinence (patients don’t have control over their urination and pass urine involuntarily).

Side Effects

Patients using this medication may at times experience anticholinergic effects (like dry mouth, overheating etc) and facial flushing. If you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time, consult your doctor immediately.
