Pregnancy

Driving
Its use has shown a risk of drowsiness; therefore avoid using it while driving.

Liver
Consult your doctor before using clopidogrel for a better analysis if you have liver disease.

Kidney
Consult your doctor before using clopidogrel for a better analysis if you have kidney disease.

Alcohol
The use of alcohol should be limited or avoided while using clopidogrel.

Precautions
The patients with renal (kidney) or hepatic (liver) impairment, history of surgery, risk of bleeding and blood disorders, and risk of acquired hemophilia (bleeding disorder) should avoid the use of this medicine.
Please discontinue this medicine is unusual bleeding occurs.

How To Use

This medicine is used to prevent atherothrombotic events (sudden plaque formation leading to blood clot) in patients suffering from heart attack occurring within a few days to less than 35 days, ischemic stroke (blood clot that blocks a blood vessel in the brain) occurring within 7 days to less than 6 months, and peripheral artery disease (disease of arteries supplying the extremities).

Side Effects

The patients administered with this medicine may experience bleeding, gastrointestinal disturbances, skin reactions, nervous system disturbances, liver-associated disorders, white blood cell disorders, and Stevens-jhonson Syndrome (allergic reaction).
