Pregnancy
In pregnant females it should be used only when necessary. Its risk and benefits should be discussed well with the doctor.

Lactation
The evidence of medicine passing in breast milk is unknown. Consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Driving
Please avoid driving when taking this medicine as it may affect your ability to drive.

Precautions
Before administering the medicine, inform your doctor or pharmacist of all allergies especially from other sympathomimetics (like pseudoephedrine) or from any other compound. This medicine may contain inactive ingredients, that can initiate allergic reactions. If you have health problems like heart/blood vessel disease, hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), diabetes, high blood pressure, difficulty urinating (caused by enlarged prostate); then consult doctor before using the medication. It is contraindicated in conditions: overactive thyroid gland, diabetes, closed angle glaucoma, high blood pressure, eye injury & eye infection. Also, it is contraindicated in allergy with sympathomimetic agents. What are the uses of Naphazoline? This medication is used for treatment of eye pain, irritation, and redness. It helps reduce pain and swelling. How to store Naphazoline? Please store this medicine at room temperature (18-25 Celsius) or low temperature (below 10 C) depending on the medicine type and manufacturer. Keep medicine away from excessive light, moisture, and children. Please do not flush medicines down the toilet.

You may be asked to wear sun glasses or avoid sun exposure for some time following cataract surgery. For further guidance, consult your healthcare provider. Will this medicine affect my vision? You may be required to close your eyes for 10-15 after using this medicine so tasks like driving should be avoided immediately after use. Rarely does this medicine cause vision changes.
