The patients taking this medication must be cautious in cases of liver and kidney impairment, infectious mononucleosis (a group of symptoms usually caused by Epstein-Barr virus) and in those carrying risk of crystalluria (cloudy urine) on having high doses and acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis ( a rare skin reaction related to medicines). Therefore, stay hydrated and avoid overdosage This medication is contraindicated in patients that are suffering from infectious mononucleosis (viral disease characterized by fever, sore throat, and pain). It is also contraindicated in patients that have hypersensitivity (intolerance) to penicillin (antibiotic), cephalosporins (antibiotic) or other beta-lactam drugs. Is Amoxil and Amoxicillin same?
