Precautions
Patients who are allergic to acitretin or any of its components should consult the doctor before taking it. If taking any vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products are taken then consult the doctor before using acitretin. If any sort of swelling is experienced, consult your doctor immediately. Taking acitretin supplements, especially in high doses, might cause congenital disabilities. What are the uses of Acitretin? This medication is used for treating severe psoriasis and other skin conditions in adults. Will this medicine cause scars? This medicine is highly unlikely to cause scars. However frequent and harsh itching may leave scars. For further guidance, consult your healthcare provider. How to store Acitretin? Please store this medicine at room temperature (18-25 Celsius). Keep medicine away from excessive light, moisture, and children. Please do not flush medicines down the toilet.
