Precautions
Patients with severe hepatic (liver) impairment should use this medicine with caution. This medication is contraindicadated in patients who are allergic to this medication or it’s components. How many hours apart can you take this medication? This medication is taken twice daily by mouth. Consult your doctor for further advice. Does this medication work instantly? This medication is well absorbed after administration and peak levels are reached within an hour. Is this medication the same as Benadryl? Both of these medications are antihistamines used to treat allergy symptoms. Does this medication raise heart rate? Consult your doctor immediately if you experience fast or uneven heart rate.
