Precautions
Please consult your doctor as a precaution before taking this medicine if you have 1st degree AV block (heart disorder), heart failure ,peripheral arterial circulatory disdorder (blood circulation disorder) or diabetes. Please consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you have any of these conditions; 2nd or 3rd degree AV block without pacemaker (heart disorder) or severe bradycardia (low heart rate) Will this drug cause bleeding? This drug will not change bleeding tendency, or cause bleeding. Will this drug cause dizziness or headaches? Headaches and dizziness are common and possible side effects of this medicine. To prevent dizziness, try to avoid getting up abruptly when you are lying down, or any other sudden movements. Does this medicine affect the heart in any way? This drug helps to slow down the rate at which the heart pumps blood. This reduces blood pressure, and reduces the load on the heart. This is why it can be used for heart failure patients, and patients with high blood pressure. Will this medicine cause changes in weight? Weight gain may be a possible side effect, please consult your physician if you experience this side effect.
